By now, you should have logged on to your online training portal found at HTCertified.org and hopefully, you’ve completed your Essential Skills Assessment and started courses.
The next step in the process is the video interview, which can be completed from your mobile device or laptop. By answering the standard interview questions, we can determine the best online work environment for you.

If you have never conducted a video interview before, the tips below will help guide you through the process.
Tip Number One: RELAX. The app allows you multiple times to practice your responses before submitting. This gives you time to be yourself and think about your responses.
Tip Number Two: Do Your Best. Dress appropriately and act like you’re in a live interview. Speak clearly and allow your personality to shine!
